Products purchased from the Özkonak Online Store are covered by a 3-month warranty. The product warranty applies to items requiring maintenance within normal conditions (e.g., polishing, stone loss, lock mechanism failure, etc.). Our company is not responsible for products that are damaged beyond repair (e.g., breakage, shattering, snapping of parts, crushing, etc.) or cannot be processed. Fees for all repair and maintenance operations occurring after 3 months from the invoice date shall be charged to the buyer.
In the event that a manufacturing defect arises in used products within 7 days, Özkonak guarantees to repair the product or replace it with a new one; however, it does not offer a refund guarantee. The exchange period for products resulting from manufacturing defects or usage issues is valid for 7 days from the date of product delivery. Physical damage resulting from user error (e.g., crushing, breakage, snapping of parts, etc.) that occurs after the product has been delivered and used is not covered by the warranty. There are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS for used products, regardless of the time elapsed.
Our company does not provide reimbursement at any time for used products in cases involving falling, lost, missing, broken, damaged, or shattered parts. Such products can only be repaired by adding new parts; however, they cannot be exchanged or refunded. The FULL COST of any gold parts added during such repairs will be charged to the buyer.
All round-trip shipping costs incurred for the maintenance and repair of all products after delivery, regardless of the time elapsed, are the responsibility of the buyer (customer). We do not cover shipping costs for any product sent for repair, regardless of the time elapsed. Products sent to us without paid shipping fees will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. For products sent to us with unpaid shipping fees, the shipment back to you will only be processed after the shipping fees have been collected.
The Warranty Cards for all products sent to us for Repair and Maintenance must be included with the shipment. Fees for operations such as Maintenance, Repair, and Cleaning will be charged to the buyer (customer) for products lacking a Warranty Card. Therefore, please check whether your purchased products include a certificate. Please request your certificates from us for any products delivered without one.
