All our gold products are shipped with an Özkonak Jewellery certificate and feature official gold hallmarks on the item.

In addition to the Siempre Diamond certificate, our diamond products include international HRD and GIA certificates for high-carat items.

Please retain the certificates of the products you have purchased. These certificates will be required for returns, exchanges, maintenance, and repair services.
