How can I place an international order?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.
You can select the international shipping option during checkout after entering your address details.
After adding items to your cart, please select UPS for international delivery.
Please note: International shipping is not free of charge.
How are international shipping fees calculated?
International shipping rates are defined within our system.
Fees are calculated based on the weight and box dimensions (volumetric weight) of your order.
We select the fastest carrier to ensure Express Shipping for you.
Once your products are prepared, they are delivered via Express Shipping within 2-3 business days.

Will I pay customs duty? Each country has its own customs regulations and tax policies.
In European countries, customs duty may apply to purchases exceeding approximately €50.
You may request to split large/high-value orders into separate packages to manage this process.

In cases where the product is returned to Turkey due to reasons caused by the customer (incorrect address, incorrect name, recipient not at home/unreachable, etc.), both the outbound and return shipping fees will be deducted from the customer's refund.
