Return and Cancellation Policy

Return and Cancellation Policy

Pursuant to the Law on Consumer Protection, you may create a return request for products purchased from Özkonak Jewelry Online within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product meets the return conditions outlined below.

To initiate the return process, a return request must first be created via our website. Return procedures will not be initiated for shipments sent without a prior return request. Furthermore, return requests for orders that do not reach us physically will be automatically cancelled. (Products must reach us within 3 business days from the date the return request is created.)

Return Conditions

Products returned via cargo must be in their completely original packaging (including barcodes intact, box, teddy bear, warranty card, and pouch). The order you wish to return must be sent complete and undamaged, including the product, certificate, product box, packaging, and all other documents and materials, exactly as they were sent to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Purchased products must be completely unused, unaltered in size (chains, bracelets, etc.), unaltered in color (e.g., changing from rose to white gold), and must not have lost their resale value. Additionally:

  • Returns are strictly not accepted for 22K gold bracelets, bangles (kelepçe), and earrings.

  • Returns and exchanges are STRICTLY PROHIBITED for products with removed barcodes.

  • There is no right of return for any product that has been personalized or custom-made (including engravings of letters, names, numbers, etc.).

  • Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for piercing jewelry such as tragus, helix, nose studs, belly rings, etc., that are used via piercing.

  • There is no right of return for rings where a specific size has been selected and crafted (except for "Standard Size 13" and "I Don't Know My Ring Size" options).

  • As all wedding bands are custom-made items, they are non-returnable.

How to Process a Return

Step 2: Shipping

  • Packaging Warning: Please DO NOT use any expression containing the word "GOLD" (ALTIN) on the package. We kindly request that you simply label it as "RETURN" (İADE).

  • Shipping Costs: For all products meeting the return conditions, the refund will be made after deducting all shipping (round-trip) and packaging expenses from the purchase amount. Therefore, for returns made using the shipment code below, the shipping fee must be covered by the customer.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once your returned products are received, they are inspected by our experts to ensure return conditions are met. Diamond products are refunded following an appraisal control. The inspection process takes 3-5 business days.

  • Credit Card Orders: Refunds are issued to the credit card used. Reflection on your account depends on your bank and typically takes 2-4 weeks.

  • Wire Transfer/EFT Orders: Refunds are issued to the bank account within 3 business days after the inspection is completed.

Legal Disclaimers & Deductions Provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 apply to product return transactions.

  • For all products delivered via cargo, the shipping fees included in the product price and/or delivery fees collected for "Same Day Delivery Service" will be deducted from the invoice payment amount; only the product price will be refunded.

  • For international deliveries, the collected delivery fee is deducted from the refund; only the product price is returned.

  • Ring Sizing: Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, as ring orders are prepared specifically for the individual's size, there is no right of withdrawal (cancellation or return) based on legal conditions.

  • Products delivered to an address outside the Turkish Customs Area (international orders) are outside the scope of returns.


Cancellation Policy

For orders placed on Özkonak Jewelry Online, you have the right to cancel within 24 hours, provided the cargo has not yet been dispatched. To cancel your order, the product must not have been delivered to the courier. Cancellation cannot be performed after the cargo has departed.

When will the refund be credited? Refunds for products cancelled before shipment will be processed within 3-5 business days.
